How credits work
Clear usage. Automatic delivery.
Each successfully generated page uses the amount shown before you start. A deeper page created from an existing visual is a new generation and uses the selected depth cost.
Choose the depth
Quick Look uses 1 credit, Standard uses 3 credits, and Deep Dive uses 6 credits per successfully generated page.
Receive credits automatically
After successful payment, credits are added automatically to the VizDive account connected to the purchase email. Nothing is shipped.
Use them for VizDive
Credits do not expire, are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or transferred for money. Failed generations do not consume credits.
Digital service only. Credits provide access to VizDive generation features and are not cryptocurrency, an investment, a wallet balance, or a financial product.

What is VizDive?
VizDive is an online service that turns a question, topic, text, or URL into a visual knowledge map you can explore one connected idea at a time.
What do I receive when I buy a credit pack?
You receive digital usage credits for your VizDive account. Nothing is shipped, and there is no physical product.
How many credits does each depth use?
Quick Look uses 1 credit, Standard uses 3 credits, and Deep Dive uses 6 credits for each successfully generated page.
When are my credits delivered?
After payment is confirmed, credits are added automatically to the VizDive account connected to the purchase email.
Do credits expire or have cash value?
Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred between accounts, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money. They are only for VizDive features.
What happens if a generation fails?
Failed generations do not consume credits. If you see an incorrect deduction or a delivery problem, contact service@vizdive.com with your order details.
Can I request a refund?
Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days. Partially used packs may qualify for a proportional refund of unused credits; consumed credits normally cover compute already delivered.
Is this a subscription?
No. VizDive credit packs are one-time digital purchases with no automatic renewal.
