These terms govern your use of VizDive and the one-time credit packs sold through our checkout.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the content you submit and for checking generated material before relying on it.
Do not use VizDive to infringe rights, upload malware, evade safeguards, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. Credits are applied to the VizDive account associated with the email used at checkout after a verified payment event. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred between accounts, and do not expire unless stated at purchase.
Generation availability can vary with provider capacity. We may limit or pause abusive, automated, or unusually high-volume activity to protect the service.
You retain rights to the source material you submit and, subject to third-party rights and applicable law, may use the outputs you create. VizDive retains its software, brand, design system, and service infrastructure.
VizDive is provided on an evolving, as-available basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted access or that generated content will always be accurate. To the extent allowed by law, VizDive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
